I had pre order my TCG here several times and they always have the best customer service. The first time with Final fantsy, the product was delayed in shipping so i called (which they always pick up) and the manager gave me the tracking to make sure the product will reach to my house. 2nd time I had pre ordered Avatar MTG and after the price drop they gave me the difference back in store credit without me asking. I highley recommend going through this amazing store as they will go far and beyod to serve you.

Great store. They greeted everybody at the door and were friendly. Great selection of board games, RPGs, TCGs, mini and Warhammer games, supplies like dice and sleeves, and even cos play props. Nice new place with a large, separate play area. Highly recommended.

🍀 Gamers XP Shreveport Appreciation Post 🍀 While the boyfriend is off rolling dice and battling dragons at D&D, my daughter and I are on our own grand quest at Gamers XP Shreveport. 🐉🎲 Some folks spend hours wandering shopping malls. We spend ours wandering aisles of Pokémon, board games, collectibles, and somehow leaving with new friends every single time. 😂 The staff here deserve legendary status. Seriously, not one person has ever made us feel anything less than completely welcome. Whether you're a hardcore gamer, a curious parent, or someone who still thinks a d20 is a vitamin supplement, they take the time to help. And here's the real magic: if they don't know an answer, they don't bluff like a bard with +20 charisma. They actually look into it and help you find the information. That's rare these days. So now our family routine is: 🎲 Boyfriend fights imaginary monsters. 🛍️ Daughter and I browse treasures. 👋 Everyone makes new friends. 💸 Wallet takes critical damage. Honestly, Gamers XP isn't just a game store. It's become one of our favorite places to spend time together. Great people, great atmosphere, and enough games to keep a family happily distracted for years. Best place

My team drove 3.5 hours from Dallas for a tournament they were hosting, due to weather there were several major accidents along the route, we had called an 1.5 hour ahead to let them know about the delays and they said to call again when we were closer, gave them a ring when we were 10 minutes away and they let us know they had put it to a vote with the other players to begin, which is understandable, they encouraged us to still come by and check out the store which we decided wasn't a bad idea. Upon walking into the store the three gentlemen behind the counter were talking down on our late arrival saying "I guess people in Dallas don't know how to use a map to be here on time." In my opinion that is highly unprofessional especially as they had previously encouraged us to still stop by and shop. Hopefully in the future they will have some manners and not talk down on possible patrons whether they are present or not. 0/10 will not return due to poor customer etiquette

Great local shop with a welcoming atmosphere. Buy-in costs are reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the player community is inclusive and easy to get along with. The inventory is solid including board games not just TCG—plenty to browse, though a bit more dnd mini variety would make it even better. Definitely worth checking out.
